BIG ON THE COMMUNITY
Congratulations to Bayleys in the North, which proudly received the Big on the Community award at the 2026 Bayleys National Awards.
Recognising its contribution to communities across the region throughout 2025, the team won against other Bayleys offices nationwide and was also named a finalist in the 2026 REINZ Awards for Excellence for Community Service.
With 13 offices spanning from Silverdale to the Bay of Islands, Bayleys in the North's agents and wider team are actively involved in the communities where they live and work. Beyond one-off sponsorships, they contribute time and resources, raise funds and build long-standing relationships with local organisations.
Last year's highlights included helping raise $149,000 for Harbour Hospice through three major events and around $20,000 for Cure Kids through the Spring Swing charity golf tournament.
That commitment continues. In the lead-up to Christmas, Bayleys in the North is sponsoring the Harbour Hospice Homes & Gardens Tour in Omaha, hosting its annual Spring Swing charity golf event for Cure Kids, and once again sponsoring the Orewa Beach Fun Run.
