Did you overindulge again this summer? Feeling the pressure to drink less coffee and eat healthier? But it all feels like hard work? Well there is a better way and it is easy.
For Wick Nixon from Wicked Wellbeing, it’s not about making New Year’s resolutions that only last a few weeks, it’s about making a lifestyle change that is sustainable and achievable.
Being a passionate foodie, a mother of three young children, a double award-winning author and business owner, Wick knows you don’t have time for anything complicated, confusing or with hard and fast rules!
Her motto is ‘healthy eating made easy’ and by just making some simple, small changes, you can integrate a healthy diet into your lifestyle that works for your whole family!
One particular passion of Wick’s is hosting cooking workshops. She loves the ‘a-ha’ moments you have from seeing her doing something that you once found difficult. She also hopes if you experience and taste her delicious creations, you are more likely to recreate them at home, impacting the health of everyone around you.
We’re excited to have Wick join us in Warkworth to host a Healthy Foodie Evening. She will be making four simple, healthy, summer dishes that are not only delicious, but super quick to whip up. Join her for a fun and educational night out with friends, work colleagues or your community group.
