Cocktail Hour - The Vintry
Who doesn’t love a cocktail? We got together with The Vintry wine bar to bring you five irresistible versions including our very own Junction Spring Blossom. Justin Fokkema is head barman at The Vintry wine bar and he created the following cocktails. The Vintry specialise in local wines grown in the 25 or so vineyards we have in the area. It’s the perfect place to sip a glass of vino, indulge in a wine tasting session to discover your local favourites, and, as you’re about to find out, spoil yourself with a fabulous cocktail.
Bonus? Because it’s part of the restaurant downstairs you can add a delicious platter to the mix. So go ahead, relax and unwind with us.
