WELLNESS BY THE COAST
The latest addition at Te Arai Links offers guests a place to slow down, reconnect, and embrace the natural calm of its coastal surroundings.
The recently completed Spa and Fitness Centre is designed to provide a complete wellness experience, blending mindful relaxation with restorative fitness. Currently open to resort guests and members, the centre will welcome the public from Winter 2026, offering bespoke treatments and wellness services.
Featuring a spa, fitness centre and hydrotherapy garden, the facility offers an experience of ultimate relaxation from the moment of entry. The architecture and interiors are thoughtfully designed to reflect the rest of the resort, with natural wood and earthy tones creating a seamless connection to Te Arai Links’ coastal and forested surroundings.
The Spa features treatments using results-driven Naturaceuticals from Australian brand Vanessa Megan alongside New Zealand botanicals from Raaie.
Guests can choose from massages, facials, pregnancy-safe options, cryotherapy, and more, each tailored to restore balance, relieve tension, and refresh the senses.
The Fitness Centre is equipped with premium Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training, open 24/7 to resort guests. Personal training sessions are available on request, complemented by recovery options at the spa such as Normatec compression therapy and red light treatments.
Outside, the bespoke hydrotherapy garden is a retreat in its own right. Designed for deep relaxation and renewal, it features a large sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs, and an outdoor lounge. The contrasting experiences of heat, cold, and stillness invite visitors to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a serene environment.
Together, the Spa and Fitness Centre, hydrotherapy garden, and coastal setting create a place where wellness is both intentional and immersive – a perfect addition to Te Arai Links’ already stunning natural environment.
Look out for the Te Arai Links Winter Package launching later this year, offering the opportunity to experience the Spa when it opens to the public.
