Set on 1.5 acres of rural land with northern mountain views, the single-level home was designed by The House Concept and built by Edwards Builders, with a clear focus on creating a family-friendly lifestyle and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Every detail has been carefully considered to deliver a home that feels effortless yet thoughtfully layered, offering practical daily living without compromising on style or comfort. Large sliders with flush thresholds connect the main living spaces to landscaped gardens, alfresco areas, and a central custom-designed swimming pool, making entertaining both easy and inviting. The pool includes a shallow platform designed especially for younger children, while outdoor fireplaces and generous, northfacing terraces ensure outdoor living can be enjoyed year-round. Early planting of established trees ensured the garden felt settled from day one, complemented by four vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and expansive landscaped areas. A large shed discreetly accommodates toys and equipment, supporting the family’s practical needs without compromising aesthetics.
